WELCOME TO A WORLD OF GYMNASTICS!

We are a charity located in Spennymoor Leisure Centre, County Durham. We are fiercely proud of our World Class Pink Gym, our dedicated and talented team of coaches, the range of programmes we offer and our gymnasts at every level of participation.
 
The club provides a welcoming, safe, effective, and child-friendly environment to explore gymnastics and gymnastic related activities under the guidance of appropriately qualified and enthusiastic coaches. We will help you achieve your full gymnastics potential - whatever your aspirations!
 
Whether you are an active participant, a spectator, or are enjoying for a cuppa from the SD Diner, we look forward to welcoming you to our gym!

Ranging from ‘Baby & Toddler’, ‘Family Play’ and ‘Sportsability’ (autism friendly) sessions, through to school delivery, pre-school & recreational classes, as well as adult workshops - South Durham Gymnastics provides the local community with the opportunity to access a brilliant sporting facility and learn exciting new skills.

SD Diner

The SD Diner is located on the first floor (in the viewing gallery) of South Durham Gymnastics. The Diner's opening times (term time) are:

• Monday: 3.45 - 6.15pm
• Tuesday: 3.30 - 7.30pm
• Wednesday: 3.30 - 6.30pm
• Thursday: 10.00 - 1.00pm & 3.30 - 6.30pm
• Friday: 10.00 - 1.00pm & 4.00 - 6.00pm
• Saturday: 8.00 - 2.00pm (last food order by 1.30pm)
• Sunday: Closed 

Access

Access to the Pink Gym is via the Spennymoor Leisure Centre main entrance*. From the main car park, head through the underpass to the left of the building, and the new entrance is on your right hand side. You will also be able to access the fitness gym, pool and all other facilities through the new entrance. 

*If you are visiting us on a Bank Holiday, we use our side fire door for access!
