Boys and girls are all welcome to these sessions which focus on improving fitness in a fun, positive environment. Working in coach-led groups, gymnasts will be taught basic skills and progressions on beam, floor, bars, vault, trampette and air track.
As our participants get a little older our sessions introduce more demanding skills through safe and challenging progressions. Skill level is matched to individual ability ensuring engaged, healthy, happy children.
There is a maximum capacity of 32 participants per session. The participants all warm up together, before splitting into their own group (max. 8 children) and heading onto the apparatus. Each group has their own dedicated coach for the session - this coach supervises all weekly sessions (with the exception of illness or annual leave).
4 - 8 Year Classes (Reception, Year 1, 2 & 3)
- Tuesday: 3.45 - 4.45pm; 4.30 - 5.30pm
- Wednesday: 3.45 - 4.45pm; 4.30 - 5.30pm
- Thursday: 3.45 - 4.45pm
- Friday: 4.00 - 5.00pm
- Saturday: 10.15 - 11.15am; 11.00 - 12.00pm; 11.45 - 12.45pm
6 - 10 Year Classes (Year 2, 3, 4 & 5)
- Friday: 4.45 - 5.45pm
- Saturday: 12.30 - 1.30pm
8 - 12 Year Classes (Year 4, 5, 6 & 7)
- Tuesday: 5.15 - 6.15pm
- Wednesday: 5.15 - 6.15pm
- Thursday: 4.30 - 5.30pm
- Friday: 5.30 - 6.30pm
- Saturday: 1.15 - 2.15pm
Teen Classes (Year 7 +)
- Wednesday: 6.00 - 7.00pm
We run our sessions in 6 - 10 week blocks, which are payable in advance (cost: £7 per session).
