We hope everyone is safe & well.
Following on from the Government’s latest update (10.05.2020), we know that our doors will remain closed for some time to come.
Keeping safe at home is necessary, but we want you all to know that we’re missing our time together in the gym.
The SDG Office will remain closed for the time being, but emails are being monitored.
We hope to be in touch very soon with some positive news.
