Eva-Mae and Keira had a great day at the National Finals at Guildford on Sunday. Eva-Mae had a great run out at her first ever national competition gaining lots of experience! A massive well done to Keira who's results from Sunday's competition combined with compulsories at the beginning of the year have placed her as the 9th best gymnast in Great Britain for her age group! A busy weekend last weekend at Notts as lots of our Elite Squad gymnasts and coaches travelled down the country to Nottingham to take part in The Notts Gymnova Open 2018. A lovely competition which we look forward to competing in every year and all of the girls delivered awesome routines to come out with some fantastic results! Well done to our overall winners:

This weekend we had our ever popular Pink Ladies Invitational!
The weekend was a huge success with the competition running across 3 full days from Friday through to Sunday. We were so pleased to be able to welcome just short of 600 gymnasts from over 25 different clubs and making a whole new array of friends from around the country. The Pink Ladies did not disappoint and we came away with a great amount of trophies, medals, ribbons and of course our signature beanies which every competitor ge[..]

On the 6th October Mercedes travelled down to Lilleshall to take part in her Compulsory Level 1 competition. She had an absolutely awesome day and came away in a fantastic 1st place with a huge score of 60.00! A whole 5 marks above what is required for the Espoir British Championships! Roll on 2019![..]

Last weekend we took a number of our Elite and Intermediate Squad gymnasts up to the City of Newcastle Gymnastics Academy to take part in the North of England Regional Voluntary Levels. All of the girls competed well against large numbers of competition, performing routines on all four pieces to try to qualify for the North Teams which are taking place later in November.

Yesterday the club hosted the Regional Voluntary Age Groups and Challenge Cup 2018 where we had a number of gymnasts competing against a multitude of gymnasts from around the region. Huge well done to our winners!

Last weekend the club were very proud to be able to send off two teams to the Adrian Stan Team Championships.
Harriet, Leah R, Ellie, Honor and Charlotte had a great day in the Senior Team Non Squad competition absolutely smashing their target score and showing off their routines beautifully finishing the competition in 7th place.
Isobel, Leah G, Mia, Lydia and Mercedes competed in the Junior Team Squad competition and had an excellent day coming away with the Silver Team Medal!! Leah G al[..]

Fantastic two days of training for some of our Elite girls at North Regional Squad which was held over two days at Redcar Gymnastic Club. The girls enjoyed a full day of training, working with and alongside coaches and gymnasts from other clubs around the region, before a night filled with fun as they all stayed over for a sleepover in the gym. The girls then had another full day of training the following day where even after a busy sleepover they all worked hard and trained in true 'pink' style[..]

We are delighted to announce a new appointment at the club. Former Pink Lady Melissa Spence (nee Carr) will be joining us in the role of Development Manager. Having held previous management roles with British Gymnastics and English Netball we are delighted that Mel is joining us and will add great strength to our fantastic Pink Team!
